Afternoon All,
Any Junior players out there who wish to play in club competitions all you need to do is upgrade your membership, we have a few more competitions coming up still and I would like to encourage the juniors to join in.
"At the Special General Meeting held at the clubhouse on Sat 24 Jan 2026 a remit was put forward to change the existing branding Logo back to the previous logo on all apparel and to reinstate the use of the Golf Club Crest on all signage etc. This was voted on and successfully carried.
As there is a reasonable amount of work involved in managing and implementing this change, and being a volunteer run club, the Committee at the meeting on Monday 16 Feb agreed that Alan Eichstaedt, as the promoter of this remit, would be invited to set up a subcommittee to oversee this work. Alan has accepted this. The main committee who will set out the terms of reference for the subcommittee. Alan will no doubt be looking for some volunteer help so if you are interested please talk directly to Alan or call him on 027 698 9535."
The draw for the Manganaeia and flights will be out soon keep any eye out for that, if you are not in this then there will be a haggle and 2s.
